I’ve never watched the show (despite it all) and I’ve not been at true “races” as a runner. I was at races that I walked in, as a big man, and I’ve been at charity and fun runs. I couldn’t agree with what Alison Sweeney is saying.  Reblogged from a blogger I follow, Fit for a Year.
